This was a great project. It's a performing arts group that's in our neighborhood and really puts out good shows.
Their previous site was one of those ones that was leftover from the late 1990's with five pages, including one with all of their performances that had to be updated by someone with no HTML knowledge each month. It worked, but it could work a lot better.
The site new site works a lot better. Everything runs through a central database and a custom CMS was built to handle all the data. Then, ticket sale were also added in so that people could buy online. Altogether, it's a great site now that functions well and gives them much more of a presence online, which is incredibly crucial for small non-profit groups that rely on donations.

Browsing the Family Tree

A complete and total rebuild of this Family Tree site. The new design is much more interactive. There are new features for those entering in to the Tree and the language system for site translations is very smooth and forgiving.
A family tree is exceedingly difficult to represent on the web due to its inherently exponential nature (one person has two parents, they each have two parents, etc.) So, to get around this, we made the tree browse more like how a website does and then we set up something that is quasi-wiki so that those who want to add themselves to the tree can do it.

Belden Place is completed and fully functional. All the restaurants have menus and pictures which was something unheard of previous to this conglomerated site. Quite a place that Belden! We can't wait for Bastille day on July 14th there when everyone get just a little bit French for the sake of having a drink or ten.

A relaunch of the venerable hudin.com. Home to news, photos, tea reviews, and all kinds of things. Portions were pulled more in to spec and the design was made lighter and happier. Plus, there's the puppy and who doesn't like puppies?

Get in to Tunnel Top

Local San Francisco bar Tunnel Top had needed a simple, informational site for some time. This is the result and is a design that we created with Photoshop and Illustrator. PHP and Smarty are driving the pages. Some of the hippest DJ's around are driving the beats on weekends at the dive turned cool hangout.
