A site for a foundation that was created to give those in Sub-Saharan Africa a voice that they currently don't have. It is both a portal for the foundation as well as a news platform for those living and working in the region.
    It is built on PHP, MySQL, Smarty, and uses the MooTools library to provide interactive, DHTML and a great many low-bandwidth AJAX functions.
